| Description: |
This positions duties include physical and mechanical pulling of ropes
and/or cable through ductwork. Using shovels, picks and other digging
implements. Setting up and guiding cable reels to ensure smooth and
proper placement of facilities. Use of drills, screwdrivers,
wrenches, staplers and other hand tools to complete tasks.Placement of
telephone and CATV pedestals, ground rods and associated equipment.
As well as many other duties which will be assigned or required as
conditions are encountered.

| Qualifications: | This position requires the ability to frequently lift 70 pounds, work with minimal supervision in an efficient manner and work with other members of a team harmoniously. |

CAD Technician |

| Description: |
The CAD Technician assists the engineering staff with the preparation of outside plant
construction drawings, asbuilts and continuing property records. The CAD Technician
is also responsible for quality control and ensuring that all construction drawings and
other work products are produced in accordance with NTC standards. All tasks are to be
performed in an accurate and professional manner. |
| Qualifications: |
Employee will have excellent written and verbal communications
skills. CAD Technician must be proficient in AutoCAD, Visio, Word, Excel and the development of
LISP routines. Employee is expected to be able to work unsupervised.
Applicants will be required to complete a skills evaluation. |

| Description: |
The OSP Inspector is responsible for OSP work orders during construction. The OSP Inspector
shall ensure all permits & easements have been acquired & copies are available on the
construction site. He/she is expected to keep detailed daily notes, document construction
progress, effort and material usage. Field staking, safety compliance and digital photography
are required as well. |
| Qualifications: | Overall understanding of OSP Engineering and construction methods. Familiarity with OSHA and NESC Standards and codes are required to perform this job. Employee may be required to work in rough terrain and remote locations, around traffic and near heavy equipment. Employee will have excellent verbal and written communications skills and be able to facilitate communications between the Project Engineer and construction crews. A valid drivers license is required. |

| Description: |
Assist OSP engineer in the office and field. Responsibilities
include field measurements, equipment inventory, filling out
of permit applications, right of way and plat research,
mathematic calculations and other project tasks as assigned by
the OSP engineer.

| Description: |
The OSP engineer shall design new facilities, or the
enhancement of existing copper, coax and fiber optic
based outside plant. The OSP Engineer designs wireless, digital, direct buried, underground,
aerial and submarine construction. Knowledge of current design,
specification and construction methods (including but
not limited to P.O.T.S., vision, telephony and high speed
data). The OSP engineer will be responsible for complete
projects from conception to completion.

| Qualifications: | The OSP Engineer shall have a solid understanding of all OSP engineering and construction methods including but not limited to; copper, coax and fiber optic plant. Understanding of wireless, digital, direct buried, underground, aerial and submarine construction and design are mandatory for this position. Knowledge of central office and head-end function is also required. Employee may be required to work in rough terrain around traffic and near heavy equipment. Employee will have excellent verbal and written communications skills. A valid drivers license is required. |
